Please check back in Spring 2026 for more information regarding Summer 2026 swim lessons, registration dates, etc.
REC1 101 Registration Instructions
-
Create or Access Your REC1 Account
Before registering, you must have an active REC1 account. If you don’t have one, create an account first. You can create an account or log into an existing account here. -
Set Up Your Account
-
When creating an account, enter your account holder's information first to establish yourself as the administrator.
-
If you only create an account for your child or enter their information first, you will not have the ability to register them for lessons.
-
All children should be added under your account—do not create separate accounts for each child.
-
-
Registering for Classes
-
When selecting class levels, dates, and times, ensure you are registering your child, not yourself.
-
If the Account Holder is mistakenly enrolled instead of the child, it will impact class rosters, refunds, transfers, and skill progression tracking.
- While looking through the different classes: "0/5" means there are still 5 spots available in that class, and "5/5" means that there are no spots left in that class- as each class has a set capacity of 5 participants.
-
PRIVATE/SEMIPRIVATE LESSONS
Private and Semiprivate lessons will be offered during all of the same session dates, and times as group lessons. We will not collect payment until we have confirmed a spot for your kiddo/s, nor do we hold any form of "down payments" to secure a spot for any of our lessons. We will contact those who have completed a waitlist form, when we are able to offer these lessons. In the meantime, we will continue with prioritizing our group lessons.
- If you feel that your child would benefit from a more 1:1 approach, please complete a private waitlist form.
- If you have 2 children of the SAME skill level/ability, that will benefit from sharing the same instructor, you will need to complete a Semiprivate waitlist form.
Submitting multiple waitlist forms does not increase your chance of receiving priority on the waitlist, nor does it secure multiple spots.

Parent and Me swim class
The "goal" of this class is to create a fun, and welcoming space in which toddlers become acclimated to the aquatic environment, with the assistance of their parent/guardian. Together, they will learn the basics of water safety, parents will acquire skills on how to safely submerge their little ones, introduction to breath control, positioning for front and back floats etc. All of these skills will be "taught" through the incorporation of songs, games, and repetition. We also encourage parents/ guardians to set developmentally appropriate expectations for their child, as this class is not a typical "swim lesson". This class is an opportunity to assist your little ones in laying the foundation (water comfort, confidence, and aquatic skills), for them to later build upon ~ whether it be through lessons, or recreational swimming.
*This class is intended for children ages 1-3 years old.
Please note that one parent/ guardian (over the age of 18), MUST be in the water with the enrolled child for the duration of the class (thirty minutes each day).
If your little ones have yet to be potty trained, please ensure that they wear a swim diaper during their lessons. Thank you!
